Currently, Ashley is the sole baker. Because of that, orders are only accepted until they reach capacity, or from Monday morning until 2100 (9 P.M.) Tuesday evening. Orders are ready for pick up Saturday mornings in the Target 8223 TX-151, San Antonio, TX 78245 parking lot.
(Saturdays: 10:00-11:15 AM, confirmed appointment required)Special orders are not permitted and the order form will not be reopened for missed windows.All orders must be paid in full after they have been confirmed. Ashley Rhone Castillo owns and operates Bad Batch Bakery in San Antonio, TX. Before starting her boutique micro bakery, she worked as a Program Manager for the U.S. Air Force, an Officer for USCIS, and a Reading/ESL teacher in several states and overseas.Ashley specializes in decadent treats that are flavor forward, layered, and irresistible. When not baking, you can find her spending time with her family, exercising, knitting, and traveling.
